The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Arbutus in Baltimore County rose by $9,950 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 176 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,950 – a 5% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 145 homes sold in Arbutus in the second half of 2016.
