With 71 percent approval rating, Hogan the man to beat in November gubernatorial election

With an eye toward November elections, a recent poll conducted jointly by the Washington Post and the University of Maryland revealed that Republican Gov. Larry Hogan maintains strong public favor with a 71 percent approval rating.
