The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Baltimore rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 36.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 2,780 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,950 – a 11.8% increase over the $101,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 4,364 homes sold in Baltimore in the second half of 2016.
