Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum issued the following announcement.
On November 14, 2018, the Babe Ruth Birthplace Foundation and the Sports Boosters of Maryland will present an Evening with the ’83 Orioles! This fundraising gala will celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the Baltimore Orioles’ World Championship and will benefit both organizations.
Fans will bask in the memories of that season, as many of the stars from that squad gather to celebrate. Join us for this special night and get ready to relive Tippy picking off three, Tito’s sudden-death playoff home run, Rick Dempsey’s MVP World Series performance, and more!
Gala attendees will enjoy a cocktail hour, plated dinner with complimentary wine service, silent and live auctions, a great speaker program, and more!
