Baltimore home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Baltimore rose by $6,250 while total sales decreased by 9.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 729 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $101,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 808 homes sold in Baltimore in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Baltimore for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,487, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
