Baltimore home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Baltimore rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 622 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 35.7% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 396 homes sold in Baltimore in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Baltimore for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,487, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
