The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Baltimore rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 71.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 763 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 5% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 445 homes sold in Baltimore in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Baltimore for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,487, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
