Baltimore home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Baltimore rose by $36,188 while total sales decreased by 53.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 353 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,900 - a 46% increase over the $78,712 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 762 homes sold in Baltimore in December 2016.
