Dundalk (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Dundalk in Baltimore County rose by $4,450 while total sales decreased by 9.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 247 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 4.2% increase over the $105,551 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 274 homes sold in Dundalk in the fourth quarter of 2016.
