Dundalk (Baltimore city County) home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Dundalk in Baltimore city County fell by $2,000 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 2% decrease over the $102,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Dundalk in the fourth quarter of 2017.
