Pikesville (Baltimore city County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Pikesville in Baltimore city County rose by $25,068 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,800 - a 40% increase over the $62,733 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pikesville in the second quarter of 2017.
