Catonsville (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Catonsville in Baltimore County rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 18.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 311 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 1.8% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 262 homes sold in Catonsville in the second half of 2016.
