Dundalk (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Dundalk in Baltimore County rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 470 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $108,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 517 homes sold in Dundalk in the second half of 2016.
