Pikesville (Baltimore city County) home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Pikesville in Baltimore city County rose by $23,110 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,800 - a 35.7% increase over the $64,690 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pikesville in the first half of 2017.
