Dundalk (Baltimore city County) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Dundalk in Baltimore city County rose by $27,439 while total sales decreased by 55%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 28.1% increase over the $97,561 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Dundalk in the second half of 2016.

The median sales tax in Dundalk for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,133, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2017.
