Woodlawn home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Woodlawn rose by $18,675 while total sales decreased by 0.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 572 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,675 - a 11.7% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 573 homes sold in Woodlawn in 2016.
