Dundalk (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Dundalk in Baltimore County rose by $14,591 while total sales increased by 64%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 328 homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,500 - a 14.2% increase over the $102,910 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 200 homes sold in Dundalk in the first quarter of 2018.
