Woodlawn home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Woodlawn rose by $2,360 while total sales increased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,360 - a 1.2% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 101 homes sold in Woodlawn in the first quarter of 2018.
