Woodlawn home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Woodlawn rose by $8,150 while total sales increased by 57.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,900 - a 3.9% increase over the $209,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Woodlawn in February 2019.
