Woodlawn home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Woodlawn rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,000 - a 6% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Woodlawn in May 2018.
