Woodlawn home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Woodlawn rose by $6,862 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,750 - a 3.4% increase over the $202,889 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Woodlawn in February 2018.
