Woodlawn home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Woodlawn rose by $23,100 while total sales increased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,100 - a 14.3% increase over the $162,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Woodlawn in January 2018.
