Woodlawn home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $10,050 while total sales decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $196,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Woodlawn in October 2017.
