Woodlawn home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Woodlawn fell by $26,550 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 12.9% decrease over the $206,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Woodlawn in August 2017.
