The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Kweisi Mfume, Kweisi Mfume for Congress, refunded $2,000 to James Sprayregen on May 28, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Kweisi Mfume for Congress refunded $2,000 total since December 1, 2019.
