Dundalk (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Dundalk in Baltimore County rose by $14,750 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 161 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 11.3% increase over the $130,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 282 homes sold in Dundalk in the third quarter of 2019.
