Woodlawn home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Woodlawn rose by $30,900 while total sales decreased by 48.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,900 - a 14.7% increase over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Woodlawn in the third quarter of 2019.
