Woodlawn home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Woodlawn rose by $43,050 while total sales decreased by 9.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 20.8% increase over the $206,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Woodlawn in October 2019.
