Woodlawn home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Woodlawn rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 19.5% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Woodlawn in November 2019.
