Baltimore ranked 363rd in Maryland for resident earnings in 2019

Baltimore ranked 363rd among cities in Maryland by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Baltimore residents was $29,943 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 239,116 households with a population of 609,032.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Brookmont with $135,603 per year after adjusting for inflation – $105,660 more than Baltimore. It had 1,359 households with a population of 3,921.

The city with the lowest median resident income in the state was Franklin with $11,207 per year after adjusting for inflation – $18,736 less than Baltimore. It had 86 households with a population of 186.
