Baltimore home prices rose in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Baltimore rose by $27,136 while total sales decreased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 603 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,900 - a 34.9% increase over the $77,764 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,551 homes sold in Baltimore in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Baltimore for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,490, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
