Baltimore median home prices fell by 26.3% in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Baltimore fell by $25,000 while total sales increased by 72.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 1,075 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 26.3% decrease over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 622 homes sold in Baltimore in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Baltimore for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,490, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
