Woodlawn home prices rose in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Woodlawn rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 32.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $227,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Woodlawn in December 2020.
