Dundalk (Baltimore County) median home prices rose by 13.7% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Dundalk in Baltimore County rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 54.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 456 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,500 - a 13.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 295 homes sold in Dundalk in the fourth quarter of 2020.
