The second half of 2021: Home prices in Dundalk (Baltimore County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Dundalk in Baltimore County rose by $20,550 while total sales increased by 74.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 797 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 13.8% increase over the $149,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 456 homes sold in Dundalk in the second half of 2020.
