Arbutus (Baltimore County) home prices rose in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Arbutus in Baltimore County rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 81.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Arbutus in January 2021.
