The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $25,150 while total sales decreased by 30.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 – a 15.3% increase over the $164,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 145 homes sold in Woodlawn in the first quarter of 2017.
