The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Woodlawn rose by $19,164 while total sales decreased by 16.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 147 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 – a 10.6% increase over the $180,837 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 176 homes sold in Woodlawn in the second quarter of 2017.
