Which Baltimore high schools have the best on-time graduation rates?

City Neighbors High School, Vivien T. Thomas Medical Arts Academy and Green Street Academy reported the highest on-time graduation rates in Baltimore for the class of 2017, according to the latest Maryland Schools Report Card.

In the annual report, the Maryland State Department of Education releases data on enrollment, attendance, graduation rate and assessment results, among other metrics. This analysis uses graduation rates based on the number of students in a cohort who earned diplomas after completing four years of high school.
