Baltimore City Council issued the following announcement on Nov. 15.
Mayor Catherine E. Pugh and Interim Health Commissioner Mary Beth Haller today announced the start of Baltimore City’s Code Blue Extreme Cold program for the coming winter. Everyone please prepare and stay safe.
