UNIVERSITY OF BALTIMORE: Ayatollahs and the MEK - Iran's Crumbling Influence Operation

College5

University of Baltimore issued the following announcement on June 25.

In the 1960s, a group of student intellectuals formed to oppose the Shah of Iran and became an enemy of the clerical regime of Ayatollah Khomeini after the revolution. U.S. officials twisted the students' story in a misguided attempt to appease the Iranian government.

Now you can get the full story with Ambassador Lincoln J. Bloomfield Jr.'s new monograph, "The Ayatollahs and the MEK–Iran's Crumbling Influence Operation."

The University of Baltimore College of Public Affairs published this work, which includes a forward from Ivan Sascha Sheehan, associate professor and executive director of UB's School of Public and International Affairs.
