Dundalk (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Dundalk in Baltimore County rose by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 4.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 265 homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,000 - a 0.9% increase over the $116,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 278 homes sold in Dundalk in the second quarter of 2017.
