Dundalk (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Dundalk in Baltimore County rose by $6,600 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 465 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $103,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 527 homes sold in Dundalk in the first half of 2017.
