Rosedale (Baltimore city County) home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Rosedale in Baltimore city County fell by $26,573 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,500 - a 31.6% decrease over the $84,073 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Rosedale in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Rosedale for 2018 was $2,749. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,728. This marks an increase of 0.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 4.8%.
