The US Economic Development Administration awarded City Life Community Builders a grant worth $3,181,216 to help fund a project in Baltimore County.

The grant was awarded on June 10, 2019. The EDA describes the grant as follows:

"This EDA investment supports site and infrastructure improvements to the Hoen Lithograph Complex for workforce development apprenticeship and business training programs in a designated Opportunity Zone in Baltimore, Maryland. The improvements will attract new businesses and allow existing business to grow, which will strengthen the local economy, support private capital investment and create jobs throughout the region."
