Baltimore City Community College enrolls 4,523 undergrads

At Baltimore City Community College, 55 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 69 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year public institution in Baltimore enrolled 4,523 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 11 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

86 percent of undergraduates are residents of Maryland. 12 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Black or African American (68 percent) and white (6 percent).
