5.1 percent of Notre Dame of Maryland University students played sports on university teams in 2017-2018

In 2017-2018, 5.1 percent of Notre Dame of Maryland University students participated in collegiate sports, according to data made available by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).

Notre Dame of Maryland University has 836 undergraduate students, of which 96 percent are women and 4 percent are men, and a total student body of 2,371 students. Of these students, 0 men and 120 women represented the school by participating in one or more of the sports with teams at the school.

This total does not include students playing intramural sports.

According to NCES, 8.7 percent of students enrolled at institutions of higher education with sports teams were on teams.
