Baltimore City Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Oct. 25.
The Baltimore City Chamber of Commerce received an unexpected invitation from CNN for Members to attend last week's Town Hall with President Joe Biden. The invitation came late Tuesday afternoon and we had communication out to Members by 6pm. Thank you to all who accepted the invitation to attend. Mayor Brandon Scott opened the evening with a stirring speech and an introduction of Town Hall Moderator Anderson Cooper. Overall, it was a well-organized event and it felt great to be amongst Members for such a historic evening.
