WHC Founder, Will Holmes received 5 special awards at the Masquerade Ball, recognizing his two years as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Baltimore City Chamber of Commerce. Special thanks to Governor Larry Hogan's Office, U.S. Senator of Maryland Ben Cardin, Baltimore City Council President Nick Mosby and the entire City Council, Maryland State Senator Jill Carter and Maryland Senate President Bill Ferguson.
