Baltimore City Department of Transportation issued the following announcement on Feb. 18.
Traffic Advisory - Temporary Closure of the Sisson Street Bridge for maintenance and repairs begins this evening, February 18, 2022.
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists Sisson Street will be temporarily closed between 24th Street and 26th Street to through traffic.
Starting on or about February 18, 2022, there will be a temporary closure North and South of the Sisson Street Bridge. The bridge will be closed to bicycles, pedestrians, and vehicular traffic. Parking is not permitted while the closure is in effect. Signs will be posted in the area to alert motorists of where the closure begins and the suggested detour.
